Countrywide Mortgage Centres is part of the Countrywide Group. Formed in 1996, we have been successfully assisting IFAs with their non High Street mortgage applications since then. Currently processing in the region of £400 million of mortgage business per annum, we have continued to expand on the back of a user friendly service proposition.
All applications are dealt with by the same package administrator from start to offer to ensure the advisor and client has continuity of service.
Commissions are paid on exchange of contracts meaning you are paid significantly quicker for your mortgages. We have a team of Business Development Managers covering most parts of the UK.
